Philip tested for his 4th Dan and received it along with his new TKD Master, Master K.
He received it from Desert TaeKwonDo in Tucson, AZ.
*In March of 1999,
Philip tested for his 3rd Degree Black Belt and received it,
along with his teaching certificate. CONGRATS, BABE!
